Overview

Xneda designed and shipped Optrack, a production field-service system for AEA (a Smart Kilit Ltd. partnership). After AEA won the Ziraat Bank tender, employer tickets flow into Optrack over a hardened API — create, approval, reopen, attachments — then through SLA-aware dispatch, technician workflows, instant notifications and resolution callbacks. The platform is live in production today.
